Sale of Movie Tickets
- Movies tickets can only be purchased form Website and Mobile App by credit card.
- Movies tickets purchased via Website and Mobile App will be available for collection at the relevant cinema.
- Movie tickets purchased via Website and Mobile App are non-refundable, non-exchangeable non-transferable after the successful confirmation via email address as provide, unless required by law. Each ticket admits ONE.
- SadaPay and NayaPay Debit Cards are not accepted for online bookings.
- Management will not be responsible for non-attendance visitor.
- Prices on this Website include Tax where applicable.
- Cine Star is a no smoking zone.
- The Management reserves the right of admission.
- Show will be played on the condition that minimum 10 seats are sold in that particular show.
- Usage of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the cinema auditorium.
- Recording with Mobile or any other camera is strictly prohibited.
- Seat reservation for movie tickets purchased via Website and Mobile App is on a best available basis and is carried out by a prescribed computer program. By purchasing movie tickets via Website and Mobile App you agree that:
- (a)You will accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased: and
- (b)We make no warranties or representations to you that you will be seated in a particular seat, row or section of the relevant cinema.
- You agree that we may at our direction, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via the Website.
- Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the OFFICE of the Film and Literature Classification. Where voucher tickets are purchased, suitable identification must be presented upon collection of the tickets.
- In case film is not exhibited at the time and date mentioned on the ticket, the visitor is entitled to either a 100% refund or transfer to some other show.
- Outside eatable and drinks are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
- The Management will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused by the external factors.
- In case you encounter an error during online booking process, or if a booking confirmation message is not received form Cinestar despite the amount being debited from your credit or debit card, we kindly request that you promptly submit a web query via our official website. We will then initiate the necessary procedures or facilitate a reimbursement of the charged amount from your bank. Please note that the reversal process is overseen by the bank and could take upto 21 business days. In such instances, your initial booking remains unconfirmed, and we advise against attending the cinema for said booking. If needed, please proceed to make a fresh booking.
- We are not be regarded as providers of the Payment Services or any of their constituent components. This is applicable even if you access and employ Payment Services through this Website or employ Payment Services for remunerating the Website Services.
- The availability of Payment Services might be contingent upon seamless connectivity between the website and the corresponding website(s), systems, or facilities of the third-party entities.
